The project manager assigned to each client is the first point of contact for our clients. He/She will deal with any query and put you in touch with the member of the People Place team most able to deal with your request. Whatever the nature of your enquiry or project, and whichever member of the People Place team is working on it, your personal project manager will always monitor and control the activities carried out for you.

CS FIND
This is the ideal service for clients who want to experience the special quality of the People Place service on a non-exclusive basis. You will have your own project manager who will look after you until the employee you need starts work in your organisation. Your project manager will be an expert who will:
- discuss the vacancy with you
- search for candidates who match your needs
- interview them
- present them to you with our assessment
- help you and them throughout the recruitment process
Our normal fee for this service is 30% of the employee's annual salary, and is paid only if we are successful. We also offer a guarantee in the unlikely event of the candidate leaving within the trial period. CS CASE
You appreciate that the market for top quality staff is competitive. Sometimes, an extra effort is required to find the best. Giving us the exclusive rights to fill those special positions means we have the opportunity to make that extra effort. We know that you are depending only on us, and we use all our research methods to bring you that perfect candidate. And, because we have exclusivity, we offer this service for only 25% of the employee's annual salary, payable when we are successful. Our usual guarantee in the unlikely event of the candidate leaving within the trial period still applies.
CS HUNT
Sometimes, you need someone so special and you know such a person cannot be found in the job market. You need a real expert, an experienced, successful and motivated professional who would normally never think of changing his employment. Using our executive search service puts one of our top senior consultants and all his support services at your disposal. He will find that special candidate and persuade him to consider your offer. Each executive search project is tailored exactly to your requirements, and the prices and conditions agreed between us on an individual basis.
CS FULL SERVICE
For those companies who want to have the full resources of a professional recruitment agency fully integrated into their organisation, our full-service contract provides you with your own in-house expert and full administrative support for a monthly retainer and a fee per placement. It is a way of ensuring the closest fit with your requirements while still having the advantage of People Place's expertise and resources, and is the best way of implementing a consistent and effective recruitment policy.
CS HELP
Sometimes you need the help of a professional in-house recruiter on a short term or temporary basis. You may have a big expansion project, your regular recruiter may have left or gone on maternity leave, or you may just feel that you need a real expert to work with your HR team and develop a really effective recruitment processes for you. We can help you. One of our top consultants can work in your workplace whenever you want, bringing our knowledge and expertise directly to you. As a valued member of your team, your consultant will work closely with HR and hiring managers, analysing your recruitment needs and searching for and finding the candidates you need. In addition, your consultant will help you to set up new effective processes and procedures. And with this service you get the best of both worlds, your exclusive in-house expert and all the back-up and resources of the People Place organisation to call on when you need them. With this service, you can have a top class recruiter where and when you want, and at short notice. For this service we charge a daily consultant fee plus the costs of any additional support services you use.
CS Guidance
Our main service is to find and present the best possible candidates in the employment market for your vacancies. But we can also help you in other aspects of recruitment and employee retention.
- We can carry out research into the employment market to give you information on market positions to help you plan new business developments, or develop recruitment and employee benefit policy.
- We can work with you to develop your recruitment processes, by helping you set up tests and processes to improve your selection methods, e.g assessment centres, psychological testing, language testing, tests of skills and technical knowledge.
