THE ROLE

 In this role, you will support our customer brand with general enquiries and care for club members, key participation in optimization and consumer management services the for the flagship brands.
Within your role, some of your responsibilities will be:
  • Telephone and written support of customers;
  • Ensuring respectable waiting times for our customers;
  • Effective support of club members for any customer requests;
  • Support with online ordering;
  • Active participation in the optimization activities regarding all customer service processes;
  • Effective support for issues related to the use and maintenance of the iQOS device;
  • Technical support related to the device or the PMI iQOS website

THE IDEAL JOB FOR YOU IF YOU ARE

  • Advance level of German and B2 level of English;
  • Strong in communication and listening skills;
  • Fast learning ability;
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit and empathy;
  • Of positive mindset;
  • Experience in telephone customer support (preferred but not a must).
