Besides the traditional coding, developing, testing and investigating, you will be hands-on Development, administrative changes and business usage Salesforce CRM platform for big projects covering full European scope. These 12 different projects (to be discussed on the one2one basis) for the organization itself are a milestone and key integral part of the business.

The day to day but without limitations looks more like:

  • Develop and support software products based on the Salesforce community platform; design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code
  • Application design creation of documentation, building prototypes, configuration, testing and participating in release management
  • Support technical and functional implementation of applications using Salesforce and other in systems as part of Scrum team
  • Engage with the business stakeholders to understand the current business processes, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously
  • optimize them
  • Prepare technical design based on functional design; create code guidelines, dev routines , lead stand up meeting within the respective dev team
  • Define application architecture and high-level TD based on functional design; support and couch junior/middle team member, control their code quality, etc.


  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce administration and built-in platform functionality;
  • Deep understanding of the MVC architecture and Salesforce data model
  • Hands-on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, SOQL, SOSL
  • Understanding of HTML, Javascript (including Javascript libraries such as jQuery and Prototype) and CSS
  • Experience with relational databases, including work with SOQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or other common RDBMS
  • Strong programming mindset
  • Design and develop successfully.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Desire to learn new thing and improve your skills
  • Advance to fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing (a second language will be a great advantage)
  • University degree a good advantage
  • 3-5 years of development experience in Salesforce Projects;
  • Certification: Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point but not necessary ( Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant)·
