WHAT YOU NEED

  • Proficient Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish and solid English proficiency (B2 level).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office software is necessary.
  • Customer service background is a plus, but not obligatory.
  • Confident, flexible, and empathetic demeanor.
