THE ROLE

We are seeking a leader of capital programs for construction, scheduled maintenance services, disaster recovery planning, vendor management services, budget management and administration, quality control, and relationship-building with internal and external engineering and operations partners. The Director of Retail Facilities will interact daily with many levels of operations with Retail, REFA, Finance, HR and Asset Protection. The ultimate goal of this position is to provide best in class service to our retail stores in all areas of facility management including emergency services, general repairs and maintenance.

The specific duties and responsibilities would be provided if you selected for pre-screening and successful for candidate presentation to our client.

 

 

THE IDEAL JOB FOR YOU WHEN YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree
  • 5+ years of management experience in field-based project management for a company with a multi-site presence
  • Project management certification (PMP) preferred
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Strong management skills
  • Experience in managing facilities budgets and expenses
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Suite
