If you love gaming and you can imagine yourself to support other game experience for other players, assist them technically and with overall help requests, then this might be the ideal job for you! Note: Playing video games is part of your job description.
Within your role, some of your responsibilities will be:
  • Telephone and written support of customers;
  • Ensuring respectable waiting times for our customers;
  • Effective support of club members for any customer requests;
  • Support with online ordering;
  • Active participation in the optimization activities regarding all customer service processes;
  • Constantly keeping up with the video games industry
  • Constantly keeping up with our product games portfolio


  • Fluent level of German and English;
  • Strong in communication and listening skills;
  • Fast learning ability;
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and empathy;
  • Of positive mindset;
  • Experience in telephone customer support (preferred but not a must).
  • Video games player is a MUST!
